Born as Hans Fischer, later Hans Malkmus, he constantly creates unique experiences and is always a part of them. He is a thinker, creative, visionary and doer at the same time. An encounter with him is all the more impressive - whether as a listener, in a workshop, in the creative process or in a personal conversation. His primary goal: building a culture of solidarity in order to spread the idea of social business worldwide.
Born in Lower Bavaria in 1966 , Hans Reitz began to shape society in his own way in his youth. He founded the environmental protection group Abensberg to provide public resistance against the destructive society and the ruthless consumption of resources associated with it. In his early 20s, he traveled from India to Pakistan, Afghanistan and Iraq, among other places. In India he studied classical south Indian music.
Back in Germany, Hans Reitz laid the foundation for a creative circle that is still in effect today. In this context, he organized various circus, theater and cultural projects as a cultural manager and managed numerous variety and circus artists in Germany.

As the owner of the coffee perfect day and the associated franchise system, Hans Reitz has harmoniously combined the values of social business and brand staging since 2004. With the head office in Wiesbaden and the branch at Frankfurt Airport, sustainable oases of coffee culture have been created in which you can enjoy coffee specialties from the company's own plantation in India.
He is constantly committed to the development of social projects worldwide. He has been working as a creative advisor to Nobel Prize winner Prof. Muhammad Yunus since 2007 and founded the Grameen Creative Lab together with him in 2009, which advises various large companies worldwide to develop the idea of the 136bad5cf58d_ Social Business to spread across borders.
